Our 10 Pack - Private Training Package comes complete with TEN PRIVATE one on one 30 Minute Sessions with one of our world class coaches. You may use these sessions to learn the movements of our group program at your own pace or you may schedule these sessions to improve a specific skill or movement required in your sport or passion. Our coaches will instruct you and help you improve in all areas of sports & fitness. You might want to improve on your olympic lifts, pull ups, speed or agility or you may simply just want to learn a new skill or movement for your sports or fitness goals.We require that all 10 sessions are utilized in a 30 day window, so to insure your learning and memory of the movement or skill.Results are Guaranteed! New athletes will also receive a Body Composition Analysis (Body Fat %/ Lean Muscle/ Caloric Intake/ Metabolism), Meal Program and a review of your supplement needs from our Sports Nutritionist.
